Are you and your cleaners insured?

Yes, we are fully insured: We have employer’s liability up to £5 million and public liability up to £250000

Do I have to pay extra for any congestion charges or parking fees?

This is the only charge that may come on top of your move out cleaning service. The team will always search for a free spot to park. However, if such is not available, then the customer will be asked to provide us with a parking permit or to cover the parking charges while the service takes place. In case the property is within the congestion zone, then the customer is required to take care of the charges.

What happens if a cleaner damages something during the service?

All move out cleaners are fully insured so you will be compensated accordingly if something like this happens. Though, rest assured all technicians are quite careful and diligent so it probably won’t come down to this at all.

Which method do you use to clean carpets - dry or wet?

We are fully certified and insured carpet and upholstery cleaners. We use both methods dry and steam depending on the the type of carpet. Dry carpet cleaning for natural fibres carpets like vsicose, tencel, coir, seagrass , and carpet steam cleaning( wet carpet shampoo) for wool , silk, synthetic and all other types of carpet.

Can you guarantee the stains will be removed?

No, there is no guarantee a stain will be removed. Some factors that may affect the success of stains removed include the age and type of stain, the nature of the fabric being stained, how long the stain has been present, and whether or not the stain has been cleaned previously.

That said, most stubborn stains can be successfully removed if they are addressed promptly and using the correct cleaning method.

I don't know the type of carpet fabric. Is this a problem?

Leave the worries behind as the experienced carpet technicians will figure out the fabric and the right cleaning method.

Do I have to stay at home throughout end of tenancy service?

No, we need you to provide access to your property. We can give you a call before we finish so that you can come back to inspect and lock up.

Can you pick up keys from the estate agents?

We can collect and return keys as long as it is within walking distance from the property.

Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance of the deep clean?

We recommend that you defrost your fridge and/or freezer 24 hours before the deep clean service begins, otherwise our staff will not be able to clean it.

What if I need to change or cancel my cleaning appointment?

We understand that sometimes emergencies may arise or something unexpected may happen and customers may need to change or cancel their appointments. Please note that we require 3days written notice to cancel or change a booking, if customer fails to inform us in writing (email to office@skpartnersgroup.co.uk) he /she will have to pay the quoted amount in full.

Do I Need to Provide any Cleaning Materials for End of Tenancy Cleaning?

No, we provide all the cleaning Materials and Equipment to deep clean trough out your property.

Do you provide End of Tenancy cleaning on the weekend?

Yes of course, we work 7 days a week and more importantly we do not change the rates just because it’s the weekend!

How much will it take for the carpet to dry again?

Most synthetic fibre carpets need between 3 and 6 hours, while wool carpets need 4 to 8 hours.

What happens if I am not happy with the quality of the clean?

Please let us know within 48 hrs of the clean if you are unhappy with the service we provide, and our technicians will re-do the job free of charge.
